Training Focus
Details are below as per individual sector courses:
Masonry
Practical hands-on training in bricklaying, block masonry, mortar ratio mixing, line and level calibration, damp-proof coursing, arch construction, and foundation structural work.
Duration
Duration: 1-3 months / 3-6 months including practical training
Core technical fundamentals, civil machinery controls, site safety protocols, and workshop simulation drills.
Advanced structural applications, including intensive practical on-site yard execution and industry internship.
Certification / Assessment
Upon successful completion of the training, candidates undergo structured assessment conducted by independent third-party evaluators accredited by the Construction Skill Development Council of India (CSDCI). Candidates are assessed across practical craftsmanship, machinery operation precision, safety compliance, and theoretical knowledge.
Qualifying candidates receive a government-recognized NSQF Level 4 certification valid across infrastructure, civil engineering, industrial contracting, and government recruitment frameworks across India.
